Oretiti Apartments are located along Gitanga Road, in Lavington Estate, approximately 7 kilometers from city center of Nairobi. The apartments are set out in a 1 acre piece of land, which on one side has apartments, and on the other a fitness club.
The Apartment occupies the larger compound and consists of 31 units of various mix of 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bed rooms apartments. The Apartments are currently let out in fully serviced condition, where high quality furniture is provided.
All apartments have a furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle and other kitchen utensils.
Other services included free of charge are:
* TV: All apartments have TV channels and DSTV connectivity
* Intercom: All apartments have intercon facilities
* Laundry: Laundry of the beddings and other linen is done twice a week. Each apartment is also provided with an iron box and an ironing board
* Room Service: This is done on a daily basis and cover dusting and cleaning of the rooms and making of beds.
* Security: There is 24 hour security on the premises with backup alarm system
Thank you for this blog. I am currently staying at these apartments with friends and cannot recommend anyone stay here.
ReplyDeleteThe cleaning service has been minimal. Upon check-in, the management informed us that room service is only done TWICE a week, not each day. Even during cleaning, the cleaning lady does not change out bathroom towels.
Most importantly, our apartment has been completely without water for two days. The management is very slow to assist and fix the problem. Thus far, their only solution has been to supply us with ONE 5-liter bucket. Several calls to check on the status have gone unanswered.
This is certainly not worth the Ksh 21,000 a week we've paid. We (a mixture of well-traveled Kenyans and an American journalist) shall not stay here again, nor recommend anyone stay here until customer service vastly improves.
